Job Description

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Night Manager to join our luxury hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will oversee all front office operations during the night shift, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth hotel operations.

  • Manage and supervise the night shift front office team, including reception, concierge, and bell staff
  • Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
  • Monitor and optimize room inventory and rates during night hours
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of night audit procedures
  • Coordinate with other departments to address any guest-related issues or emergencies
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff during night hours
  • Prepare daily reports and communicate important information to the day shift management
  • Train and mentor front office staff to maintain high service standards
  • Implement and uphold hotel policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel front office operations, with previous supervisory or management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and systems
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
  • Familiarity with local tourism regulations and cultural norms in Dubai
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly preferred
  • Hotel management certifications are a plus
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
