Job description

We are currently seeking a responsible detail-oriented Night Auditor to oversee HOSPITALITY operations during the night shift and ensure the accuracy of our clients financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk overnight including check-in/check-out processes.

  • Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare audit reports.

  • Balance room charges taxes and other financial transactions.

  • Address guest inquiries requests and concerns in a professional manner.

  • Ensure the safety and security of the premises during the night.

  • Prepare end-of-day reports for management.

  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using hotel software systems (e.g. Opera PMS etc.).

  • Liaise with day staff to ensure smooth handover and continuity.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar front office role preferred.

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and hotel front desk operations.

  • Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS).

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Flexible to work overnight weekends and holidays.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality training or degree is a plus).
