A leading company in the hospitality sector is seeking a Night Auditor with F&B focus. In this hands-on role, you will balance daily transactions, prepare reports, and ensure high standards of service during late-night operations. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and prior hotel experience.
As a Night Auditor with a focus on F&B, you ll be responsible for balancing daily transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring all F&B revenue is accurately posted. This is a hands-on role that also includes supporting late-night operations, including room service or bar operations, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately audit and reconcile all F&B revenue, including restaurant, bar, banquet, and room service outlets.
Post daily F&B sales into the property management system and verify proper charges and payment methods.
Monitor and ensure all late-night service operations meet brand standards.
Support closing procedures for bars or kitchens and secure inventory.
Prepare and distribute daily audit reports to management.
Address and resolve any late-night guest issues or requests related to F&B.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.
Strong computer skills; experience with hotel management software
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and stay alert throughout overnight shifts.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to handle emergency situations calmly.
