Job summary

Accor in Dubai is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure smooth hotel operations during the night shift. You will manage guest arrivals and departures, billing, nightly reports and coordination with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Finance.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera Cloud and Micros, sharp numerical accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience at a hotel front desk is a plus.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest arrivals and departures per procedures.
• Provide wake-up calls, phone, e-mail and other guest services.
• Prepare night audit reports and balance accounts between systems.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth night operations.
• Ensure all guest records and charges are accurate for night shift.
