Key Responsibilities:

- Administer Medications: Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed, strictly following protocols to avoid complications.

- Utilize Technology: Use advanced technology and equipment, including ventilators and incubators, to support the respiratory and thermal needs of neonates.
- Assessments & Early Detection: Conduct thorough assessments to identify early signs of complications, using critical thinking to prioritize nursing actions.
- Documentation: Document all patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay current on best practices in neonatal care.
