The available position is for an Account Executive in our Core Business Unit. The role involves helping strategic customers grow and excel through an unmatched Customer Experience. This is a senior role within Salesforce, requiring proven experience and leadership skills. Expertise in Artificial Intelligence is advantageous, given Salesforce’s emphasis on this technology in the Middle East market.

About Role

The role is within our Enterprise Business Sales team, focusing on existing and prospective clients in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will manage large, virtual teams and create strategic account visions and growth plans.

  • Act as the most senior Account Executive in the regional Business Unit.
  • Increase revenue across new and existing customers and expand Salesforce's presence in the market.
  • Ideal for candidates with experience in the Public Sector and a successful sales track record over the past 15 years.
About Team
  • Sits within the top-tier Enterprise Business Sales unit.
  • Responsible for owning vision, strategy, and stakeholder management for Salesforce's AI products, such as Sales CRM, and collaborating with other Cloud Solution teams to achieve growth targets.
Preferred Qualifications
  • University degree.
  • Minimum 15 years of successful sales experience, preferably in software sales.
  • Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market is a plus.
  • Willing to relocate to the UAE within 3 months.
  • Valid local driving license.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • No restrictions on international travel.
