A leading company in high-end electronics seeks a New Market Development Manager to spearhead entry into the UAE market. This pivotal role encompasses strategy, business setup, and team recruitment, requiring strong leadership and deep market understanding to successfully launch operations.
We are working with a Kuwait-based distributor and retailer specialising in high-end electronics. It sources premium products such as smartwatches, smartphones, tablets, and smart home devices from global markets and supplies them across the GCC region. In addition to its B2B wholesale operations, it owns a successful retail brand with physical stores and a strong e-commerce presence. The company targets both consumers and corporate clients—including telecoms, oil firms, and private companies—and partners with major retail chains, hypermarkets, and telecom operators to maintain extensive market reach and brand visibility.
We are looking for a New Market Development Manager with experience opening up new markets, with UAE experience and networks, for similar distributors. This role will lead end-to-end new market entry, from strategy, business setup, and partner sourcing to sales, marketing, and team building. It requires strong commercial, operational, and leadership skills with proven experience launching in new regions and knowledge of electronics.
