Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, effectively pitching products and services tailored to their needs, ensuring a personalized customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and transactions in the CRM system to track progress and follow up on leads efficiently.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by utilizing persuasive communication techniques and strategic questioning to close deals.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to position the company effectively.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional post-sale support to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Qualify leads through targeted questioning, identifying customer pain points and suggesting appropriate solutions that enhance sales opportunities.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet converted to ensure the sales funnel remains active.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, showcasing a solid foundation in sales principles.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in tele sales or a related field, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong technical skills in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline sales processes and enhance productivity.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, enabling effective dialogue with clients and facilitating successful sales closures.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, showcasing the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in overcoming objections and rejections, maintaining a positive attitude throughout.
  • A customer-centric approach with an innate ability to empathize with clients, ensuring their needs are prioritized and addressed.
