We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to drive our business growth by proactively identifying and engaging potential leads and prospects. Your role will revolve around understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ultimately closing deals. Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively research and qualify new leads and prospects, leveraging our extensive database and market insights.
  • Effective Communication: Reach out to potential customers through outbound calls, establishing clear and engaging communication to convey the value of our offerings.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Identify customer needs and preferences, using your expertise to match them with the most suitable listings packages on www.propertyfinder.ae.
  • Product Proficiency: Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio, allowing you to confidently learn, present, and demonstrate various products to potential clients.
  • Consultative Selling: Utilize your pitching skills to conduct comprehensive client research, present value propositions, educate clients about our products, offer effective solutions, provide compelling evidence, and issue impactful calls to action.
  • Strategic Follow-Up: Apply creative and aggressive follow-up techniques, maintaining consistent contact with prospects, conducting client research, and identifying key decision-makers to ensure a personalized sales journey.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Employ negotiation skills to maximize mutual interests during contract negotiations, aiming for win-win solutions that benefit both the client and the company.
  • Data-Driven Performance: Leverage internal data tools to optimize your performance, using insights to refine your approach and enhance your effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments to ensure that client requests are fulfilled in a timely manner, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive initial experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s Degree in science, marketing, business, or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of previous experience in an outbound call-center or a related sales position.
  • Strong listening and sales skills, including financial negotiation skills, objection handling, competitive dispositioning, and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to exceed sales targets.
