Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, science, or a related field.
• Two to three years of outbound call centre or inside sales experience.
• Strong listening, communication, and consultative selling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Excellent telephone manner and cold‑calling skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and qualify new leads using our database and market insights.
• Connect with prospective clients through outbound calls and communicate the value of our solutions.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable listing packages.
• Develop an in‑depth understanding of our product portfolio and present offerings.
• Apply a consultative sales approach and establish clear next steps.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up with prospects and identify key decision‑makers.
• Negotiate contracts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Use internal data to refine sales approach and improve performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client requests promptly.
• Guide new clients through onboarding and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain CRM records for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to growth.
