Job description

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant for our Enterprise Divisions based out of Dubai, UAE. Incumbent must have 8+ years of experience with UAE based Systems Integrator. (experience in IT solution presales mandatory)

ROLE SUMMARY:

To design, develop, and present secure and scalable network and security solutions for clients. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the sales cycle through technical expertise, tailored proposals, and effective client communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead technical discussions, demonstrations, and solution presentations to prospective clients. Understand client needs and translate them into scalable, efficient network & security solutions

- Architect comprehensive network solutions including routing, switching, security, SD-WAN, cloud integrations, and other related technologies tailored to client requirements.

- Provide in-depth technical guidance to sales teams and clients, ensuring solutions align with best practices and industry standards

- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their strategic objectives and ensuring solutions meet their business goals

- Lead technical pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI responses, solution presentations, PoCs, and demos.

- Work closely with vendors, internal teams including sales, delivery, and support for seamless project transitions.

- Define scope, architecture, and high-level design of solutions to meet business and security needs.

- Manage the entire bid process from understanding requirements to documentation submission.

- Build and maintain relationships with OEMs and solution partners to stay updated with latest offerings.

- Stay abreast of the latest networking technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape within the UAE and broader Middle East region

- Collaborate with project and implementation teams for successful project delivery post-sale.

QUALIFICATION:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus

- Advanced Certifications from Vendors like Aruba, Cisco ,Juniper ,Fortinet ,Checkpoint etc.

EXPERIENCE:

- 8+ years of experience with a leading Systems Integrator or IT Solution provider in the UAE market.

- Core experience must be in the Pre – Sales of network solutioning.

- Hands-on experience in preparing and delivering client proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.

- Experience working in a fast-paced and client-facing IT sales environment in the UAE market.

- UAE Driving License

- Proven track record of successful network solution sales and implementations in the UAE market.

- Familiarity with UAE regulations, standards, and business practices.

- Strong understanding of enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud connectivity, and emerging technologies.

- Experience working with major vendors such as Aruba, Cisco,, Juniper, Fortinet,, etc
