The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network security principles and a proven track record in implementing secure and efficient network solutions within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructures for banking systems.
• Monitor network traffic, detect vulnerabilities, and respond to security incidents.
• Ensure compliance with GCC and UAE cybersecurity regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with IT, risk, and compliance teams on network security projects.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for network security tools and devices.
• Maintain and enhance eKYC functionality within banking systems.
• Conduct periodic network security audits and risk assessments.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Nationality: UAE National (Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in network security engineering in the banking domain.
• Hands-on experience with eKYC functionalities.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and SIEM tools.
• Knowledge of GCC region cybersecurity standards and banking regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP Security, CISSP, CISM) are highly desirable.
