You will drive high-availability, reliability, and compliance across LAN/WAN, data center, cloud, and security domains, acting as a senior technical authority within Managed Services Operations, and coordinating with OEMs, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 9 years in telecom/IT infrastructure with strong cloud and security background.
• CCNP multivendor certifications (Fortinet Palo Alto Cisco Security ACI NSX).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Proven experience in managed cloud services and mission-critical environments.
• Strong communication reporting conflict resolution and stakeholder management.
• Ability to operate in 24x7x365 environments under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and lifecycle management of LAN/WAN, security, and cloud networking.
• Serve as L3 escalation point, perform RCA, drive incident resolution, ensure continuity.
• Govern architecture changes, capacity planning, and regulatory compliance.
• Act as SPOC for OEMs/partners, align with internal teams and senior leadership.
• Develop SOPs, DR/BCP documentation and drive continuous improvement.

Role Purpose

The role is accountable for the endtoend engineering operations and governance of enterprise network and security infrastructure supporting Smart City platforms. It ensures highavailability resilience and compliance across LAN/WAN security cloud and datacenter environments. The position directly influences service reliability SLA performance customer satisfaction and operational excellence acting as a senior technical authority within Managed Services Operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Enterprise Network & Security Ownership Lead design implementation and lifecycle management of LAN/WAN firewalls load balancers routing switching NAC QoS VRF MPLS and cloudintegrated network services.
• Advanced Operational Support Serve as L3 escalation point perform RCA drive incident resolution and ensure operational continuity across missioncritical environments.
• Architecture Change & Capacity Governance Govern change management capacity planning performance analytics and compliance with enterprise standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Vendor Stakeholder & Customer Management Act as SPOC for OEMs and partners manage escalations align with internal teams and ensure transparent communication with senior leadership.
• Documentation SOPs & Process Excellence Develop SOPs technical guidelines DR/BCP documentation and drive continuous improvement across operations.
