Job summary

Scott Merrick LLP is seeking a Network & Infrastructure Project Manager for a Dubai-based B2B contract role. The role requires a delivery-focused project leader with hands-on technical knowledge to manage vendors, engineers and delivery issues through to resolution.

The position involves leading multi-site network/infrastructure projects, coordinating security and operations teams, and delivering testing, rollout, migration and cutover activities.

Qualifications

• Requires at least two years' Project Management experience in Network or Infrastructure delivery.
• Recent technical background across enterprise networking and infrastructure.
• Experience with SD-WAN, enterprise wireless/access-point refreshes and Cisco ISE or NAC migrations.
• Vendor, system-integrator and outsourced-team management.
• Delivery across large multi-site or distributed organisations.
• Strong governance, financial tracking, reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Proactive problem-solving and end-to-end accountability.

Network & Infrastructure Project Manager – Dubai B2B Contract

Location: JAFZA, Dubai, UAE
Working pattern: Four days on-site and one day from home
Contract: 12 months, B2B
Rate: AED 28,000-30,000 per month maximum
Start: Within one to three months

We are recruiting a Network & Infrastructure Project Manager for a large multi-site enterprise organisation in Dubai.

The position requires a delivery-focused Project Manager with recent technical knowledge who can manage vendors, work confidently with engineers and own delivery issues through to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead Network and Infrastructure projects from initiation through to operational handover
• Manage scope, plans, milestones, budgets, RAID and dependencies
• Coordinate Network, Infrastructure, Security, Technology Operations and vendor teams
• Challenge technical assumptions, delivery timescales and supplier performance
• Manage testing, rollout, migration, cutover and service transition
• Prepare dashboards and executive-level project updates

Required experience

• At least two years' Project Management experience in Network or Infrastructure delivery

Mandatory requirements

• Currently based in Dubai or able to relocate immediately
• Valid UAE visa and legal right to work already in place
• Existing UAE-registered company or suitable B2B entity capable of invoicing
• No sponsorship or company-establishment assistance
• AED 28,000-30,000 per month maximum, with no additional allowances
• Available within one to three months

Candidates requiring sponsorship or without an existing B2B contracting structure cannot be considered.
