Job description

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Management & Maintenance: Manage, monitor, and optimize network infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and conduct regular assessments to ensure security and performance.
• Network Configuration & Troubleshooting: Configure and maintain network equipment, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure best practices.
• Security & Compliance: Implement security protocols, review policies, and assist in vulnerability assessments.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain documentation, create network diagrams, and generate performance reports.
• Project Involvement: Participate in upgrades, migrations, and new installations.
• Network Support & Maintenance: Monitor and maintain network hardware, perform upgrades, and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Security & Compliance: Manage access control, monitor traffic, and implement security best practices.
• Infrastructure Management: Support server and storage infrastructure, manage IP configurations, and support VoIP and surveillance systems.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, 3-5 years of experience.

Technical Skills: Experience with network hardware, routing and switching protocols, security technologies, management tools, and fundamental networking protocols. Knowledge of cloud networking solutions is a plus.

Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CCSP, CompTIA Network+ or equivalent preferred. Knowledge of Aruba and Fortinet brands is a plus.

Soft Skills: Analytical skills, communication, independence, attention to detail, teamwork.

Preferred Skills: Experience with SD-WAN, wireless design, network virtualization, and security systems.
