Job summary

ITHR 360° CONSULTING FZE is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to design, implement, and secure our enterprise network across Dubai. The role covers LAN/WAN, wireless, VPNs, and day-to-day support for multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, and FortiGate expertise, plus strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and network monitoring tools. Relevant CCNA/CCNP or Palo Alto/FortiGate NSE certifications are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in enterprise‑level network engineering.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, PCNSA/PCNSE, or Fortinet NSE are highly desirable.
• Proven experience with Cisco switching and routing; FortiGate Firewalls.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs, etc.
• Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or PRTG.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain secure LAN/WAN and wireless networks.
• Manage and monitor network equipment, including Cisco switches/routers, and Aruba APs.
• Implement and maintain firewall policies using Palo Alto and FortiGate devices.
• Ensure high availability and redundancy of network systems.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve network performance and connectivity issues.
• Administer VPNs and remote access for on-site and remote staff.
• Ensure network security through segmentation, monitoring, and threat mitigation.
• Document configurations, procedures, and network diagrams.
• Support IT tasks in broader infrastructure and security projects.
