Job Description

• Design and implement scalable and secure network architectures to support organizational growth and needs.
• Monitor network performance using advanced tools to ensure optimal operation and promptly resolve issues.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment to ensure high availability.
• Conduct regular network assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support both internal and external network solutions.
• Develop and enforce network policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex network problems to minimize downtime.
• Document network configurations, changes, and incidents to maintain accurate records and knowledge sharing.
• Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve network infrastructure.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are highly valued.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering or related roles.
• Experience with major networking hardware and software solutions from vendors like Cisco, Juniper, or Arista.
• Proficiency in network protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLANs is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve network issues effectively.
• Knowledge of network security principles and experience with firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
