Job Purpose:

The Network Development Manager is pivotal in spearheading the evolution and strategic oversight of Al Masaood Automobiles’ retail network. This role demands a proactive approach to managing and enhancing facility operations, ensuring alignment with OEM Dealer Network Standards, optimizing operational costs, and ensuring all renovations, upgrades, and expansions not only meet but exceed industry benchmarks. The Manager is responsible for continually assessing and improving our network's operational efficiency, safety, and compliance, while also keeping a sharp eye on financial performance and market positioning.

Network Development Core Responsibilities:

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the primary authority on all property-related matters for Al Masaood Automobiles, guiding projects and initiatives to align with the company's strategic directions and standards.
• Lead Facility Projects: Spearhead facility projects focusing on enhancements, renovations, and developments, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and in alignment with strategic goals.
• Optimize Operational Costs: Manage and negotiate the network's operational costs effectively, securing favorable lease terms and cost-efficient service contracts.
• Handle Complex Negotiations: Conduct negotiations for property acquisitions, renewals, and HR AMA Associate accommodations to achieve favorable operational outcomes.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing network efficiency improving customer experience, and operational excellence.
• Champion Sustainability and Efficiency: Promote sustainable and efficient practices across the network by implementing innovative solutions and exploring new facility options that support business growth and evolving customer expectations.
• Ensure Compliance and Safety: Secure necessary regulatory approvals for facility projects, emphasizing compliance with regulations and standards. Lead the initiative in prioritizing QHSE measures to uphold a safety-first culture.
• Oversee Standards Audits: Ensure comprehensive dealer standards audits are conducted regularly by the relevant teams or departments to maintain high operational standards and align with brand requirements.
• Conduct Financial Analysis and Market Positioning: Perform thorough financial analyses and portfolio reviews to assess market positioning and operational costs, aiming to maximize ROI.
• Serve as a Liaison: Facilitate effective communication with external stakeholders (OEM partners, property owners, regulatory bodies), accurately representing Al Masaood Automobiles’ strategic interests.
• Facilitate Strategic Decision-Making: Advise senior management and collaborate with various departments on network development, project feasibility, and compliance, guiding strategic decisions to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Provide Regular Updates and Reporting: Offer clear and concise updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress, audit outcomes, and strategic insights, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.

• Conduct Property Risk Assessments: Systematically evaluate risks associated with property and facility projects to ensure all potential issues are addressed proactively.
• Ensure Project Goals and Standards Are Met: Oversee project execution to confirm that all objectives are achieved and that projects adhere to high-quality building standards.
• Monitor Subcontractors and Compliance: Vigilantly supervise subcontractor work to guarantee compliance with all relevant guidelines and standards.
• Evaluate Project Outcomes: Measure project success against benchmarks and objectives. Share insights, lessons learned, and best practices both internally and with the wider professional community to foster continuous improvement.
