Job description

Overview

To meet the support requests regarding the problems and other requests that may arise regarding the systems running in our corporate customers within the scope of SLA, together with our other technical consultants in our support team, to be able to set up and manage the above mentioned products and services in project-based studies, and to be ready to work on a 7x24 basis when necessary.

Periodically testing the operability of the network, developing effective and permanent solutions for recurring problems; to perform optimization and tuning operations on the established network. To follow up the support requests made abroad, when necessary, related to the products supported. Regular reporting and documentation of the work done. To search for solutions to new needs that will arise in networks that are in his interest and management, to take an active role in new projects that will occur within this scope.

Responsibilities

• Provide support within the scope of SLA for problems and other requests related to systems used by corporate customers, collaborating with other technical consultants in the support team.
• Set up and manage the above-mentioned products and services in project-based studies.
• Be prepared to work on a 7x24 basis when necessary.
• Periodically test network operability and develop effective, permanent solutions for recurring problems; perform optimization and tuning operations on the established network.
• Monitor and follow up external (abroad) support requests related to the products supported when necessary.
• Regularly report and document the work performed.
• Search for solutions to new network-related needs, take an active role in new projects within this scope.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Engineering faculties of universities
• At least 8 years of experience in network and security systems design, installation and management
• Have field experience
• Preferably have CCNP, CCSA/CCSE, PCNSA/PCNSE, NSE3/4 certificates
• Knowledge of Router, Switch, Checkpoint Firewall, IPS, E-mail Security Gateway, Web Security, Web Application Firewall, NAC, Vulnerability and Penetration Tests, DLP Systems, Load Balancer, etc. and knowledge of network and security infrastructure systems
• Problem solving skills in Network and Security systems
• Knowledgeable in Windows, Unix, Linux Server Systems
• Has an analytical mindset
