Overview

• To meet the support requests regarding the problems and other requests that may arise regarding the systems running in our corporate customers within the scope of SLA, together with our other technical consultants in our technical team
• To be able to set up and manage the above mentioned products and services in project-based studies
• To be ready to work on a 7x24 basis when necessary
• Periodically checking that the serviced products are working without any problems, stable and up-to-date, and developing effective and permanent solutions for the elimination of problems; To perform optimization and tuning operations on the established network
• To follow up the support requests made abroad, when necessary, related to the products supported
• Regular reporting and documentation of the work done
• To search for solutions to new needs that will arise in the systems that are in his interest and management, to take an active role in new projects that will occur within this scope

How We Are Looking For A Teammate

We are looking for experienced “Senior Network and Security Consultant” teammates to work in our Zero Second ( www.zerosecond.com.ae ) Dubai Office.

• Location: Dubai Office (Zero Second)

• Graduated from Engineering faculties of universities
• At least 5 years of experience in network and security systems design, installation and management
• Have field experience
• Preferably have CCNP, CCSA/CCSE, PCNSA/PCNSE, NSE3/4 certificates
• Router, Switch, Check Point, Fortinet, ForcePoint, IPS, E-mail Security Gateway, Web Security, Web Application Firewall, NAC, Vulnerability and Penetration Tests, DLP Systems, Load Balancer, etc. Having knowledge and experience in network and security infrastructure systems
• Problem solving skills in Network and Security systems
• Knowledgeable in Windows, Unix, Linux Server Systems
• Has an analytical mindset
• Prone to teamwork
• Can take responsibility
• Development oriented, open to learning
• Able to adapt to a dynamic work environment
• To have completed military service for male candidates
