Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in application-centric functional or technical roles.
  • Experience in vertical markets such as Warehouse, Distribution, Retail, Manufacturing, Finance, Software, or Services.
  • Experience with NetSuite or other cloud-based ERP solutions.
  • Proven creativity and ability to develop and present new ideas and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Gain a thorough understanding of assigned customers' strategies and challenges.
  • Consult with customers on unlocking value from their NetSuite solutions.
  • Identify and deliver functional improvements for assigned customers' NetSuite systems.
  • Understand expected business outcomes and deliver within budget and timeframe.
  • Work with customers from newly implemented solutions to large multinational accounts.

What you'll do

Oracle NetSuite is reinventing the engagement model for our growing installed base of valued customers. Specifically, the Advanced Customer Support (ACS) offering provides a subscription service -- our first cloud-based Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) -- that supports functional and technical ERP solution sustainment to drive continuous improvement and value.

  • Gain a thorough understanding of your assigned customers' strategies, challenges, and long- and short-term goals.
  • Consult with and advise your customers on unlocking value from their NetSuite solutions, acting as an extension of their team.
  • Identify and deliver functional improvements for your assigned customers' NetSuite systems, collaborating with engagement team members including the Engagement Manager, Technical Consultants, Solution Architects, and Support team to ensure delivery of change initiatives.
  • Understand expected business outcomes and deliver within an agreed budget and timeframe.
  • Work with a variety of customers, from those with newly implemented solutions to large multinational strategic accounts.
