Job summary

Chalhoub Group (on behalf of Zimmermann) seeks a senior sustainability leader to define and drive the Net Zero roadmap across all emission scopes. You will set interim targets, chair the Environmental Taskforce, and co-develop the long‑term ESG strategy with the CSO.

You will lead brand engagement, supplier ESG performance, and the annual Sustainability Report, overseeing a small team and coordinating with executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in sustainability, decarbonization or environmental management.
• Track record delivering Net Zero programs across scopes 1, 2 and 3.
• GHG accounting, target setting and reduction roadmap expertise.
• Experience assessing feasibility, cost and impact of decarbonization initiatives.
• Experience leading sustainability reporting and assurance, with GRI, SASB, TCFD and CSRD knowledge.
• Proven people leadership experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the decarbonization strategy and roadmap across scopes 1, 2 and 3.
• Set science-based interim targets and track progress against the emissions pathway.
• Chair the Environmental Taskforce and guide circularity and biodiversity work, including TNFD alignment.
• Co-develop the multi-year ESG strategy with the Chief Sustainability Officer.
• Lead the Brand Engagement Program and supplier ESG performance work.
• Own the annual Sustainability Report, external assurance and ESG ratings.
• Manage and develop three direct reports.
