You will drive revenue growth, lead flagship client engagements, and shape go-to-market strategy while guiding innovation and service evolution across Anthesis' global network.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of experience, combining a strong commercial and sustainability background.
• Global perspective, supported by relevant international experience.
• Reports to the Global Business Line Lead and works with Regional Line Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Shape the global solution strategy and differentiate Anthesis' decarbonisation offering.
• Collaborate with Climate & Nature GSLLs to maximize client value and One Anthesis togetherness.
• Take a hands-on role in securing 5-10 flagship client engagements and guiding growth.
• Lead the global go-to-market strategy, monitoring market drivers and regulatory developments.
• Translate and promote Center of Expertise offerings to Key Clients across North America.
• Lead innovation across the Center of Expertise portfolio and generate thought leadership.
• Support growth by building talent pipelines and upskilling regional teams.
• Drive global consistency and quality through collaboration across regions.
