Training Manager Job Description (Summary)

Objective:
To lead and manage training and development functions, ensuring employees are skilled and competent, aligned with organizational needs and UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Needs Analysis
  • Identify performance and competency gaps.
  • Develop customized training based on KPIs/KRAs.
  • Align training to performance improvement strategies.
  • Training Planning & Coordination
  • Design and update training calendars.
  • Coordinate with trainers and training agencies.
  • Ensure availability of resources for execution.
  • Training Execution & Evaluation
  • Develop manuals and conduct training sessions.
  • Coordinate assessments and feedback.
  • Measure training impact on job performance.

Job Authorities:

  • Develop and manage competence matrices.
  • Issue training schedules and manage training documentation.
  • Coordinate with external training providers.

Requirements:

  • Education:
