Job summary

A leading pipe fabrication firm in the United Arab Emirates is looking for an NDT Technician with ASNT or CSWIP / PCN Level II certification and at least 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Responsibilities include performing various NDE methods, assessing weld quality, and maintaining compliance with safety standards. The role offers a monthly salary of AED 1800 – 2100, along with accommodation, transportation, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have ASNT or CSWIP / PCN Level II certification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform NDE methods such as MT, PT, HT, and PMI.
• Interpret and evaluate test results to ensure weld quality.
• Document inspection results and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with foremen and inspectors on identified issues.

Job Description

• Perform various NDE methods such as magnetic particle testing (MT), dye penetrant testing (PT), Hardness Testing (HT) and PMI.
• Interpret and evaluate test results to identify defects and ensure weld quality as per applicable codes and standards.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in NDE processes.
• Collaborate with foremen and inspectors to address and resolve identified issues..
  
  

Salary

• AED 1800 ~ 2100
• Overtime is applicable
