NES Fircroft is seeking an NDT Technical Authority (PAUT Level III) for our Abu Dhabi operations. This senior, client-facing role focuses on brownfield refinery asset integrity, particularly piping and pressure vessels, acting as escalation point for complex issues.

You will validate inspection data/reports and help drive consistent standards while mentoring the inspection team. International travel is required, with time in the US for training/onboarding.

Qualifications

• PAUT Level III qualification with hands-on authority
• Experience in PAUT corrosion mapping and related integrity assessments
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders

Urgent Opening - NDT Technical Authority (PAUT Level III) – Abu Dhabi, UAE (Residential)

We’re supporting a leading technology-led inspection business on a strategic hire for an NDT Technical Authority (PAUT Level III) to join their UAE operations (Abu Dhabi – residential role).

This is a senior, highly client-facing technical authority position focused on brownfield refinery asset integrity—particularly piping and pressure vessels. You will act as the escalation point for complex integrity challenges, validate inspection data/reports, and help drive consistent standards and mentoring across the inspection team. International travel is required, including time in the US for training/onboarding.

Key requirements

• PAUT Level III with strong hands-on authority-level capability
• Strong experience in PAUT corrosion mapping (plus weld inspection / integrity assessments)
• Proven brownfield refinery Mechanical integrity exposure
• Confident communicator with examples of resolving technical issues with senior stakeholders

Preferred

• Brownfield experience
• Ability to travel to the USregion
• Background at Mechanical Integrity Manager / Technical Authority / integrity leadership level
