Job summary

SMOOTH MANPOWER SUPPLY SERVICES L.L.C. is seeking an experienced NDT Coordinator to oversee all NDT activities across projects in the UAE. You will ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements while coordinating between clients, project managers, and NDT technicians.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing NDT procedures, leading training sessions to maintain certifications, and applying best practices to improve safety and efficiency on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in NDT coordination.
• ASNT Level III or equivalent certifications across multiple NDT techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all NDT activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement NDT procedures and protocols to enhance efficiency and safety across projects.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, project managers, and NDT technicians to ensure clear communication and expectations.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for NDT staff to maintain high skill levels and certification compliance.
