Job summary

Onestopndt in United Arab Emirates seeks a Project Manager to coordinate internal development projects according to the project plan, ensuring delivery on scope, time, and budget. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and report progress to line management.

You will assess risks, define scope, train personnel, manage workshops and field activities, and ensure quality through QA measures. Opportunity for international mobility and a growth-focused environment are offered.

Qualifications

• BA in core engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience with NDT/oil and gas sector.
• Technical skills in the involved disciplines.
• Experience in leading multidiscipline project teams.
• Experience in reporting and communicating project development outside the project.
• Ability to maintain excellent client relations.
• Experience with project management.
• Skilled in communicating verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of internal development projects according to the Project plan.
• Insure and report to line management project overview, detailed planning with regards to schedule, cost and resource requirements.
• Evaluate risks throughout projects ensuring risk mitigation actions are performed.
• Project scope breakdown and definition according to project proposal.
• Analysis of critical tasks & application for necessary quality assurance measures to ensure desired outcome.
• Training of personnel.
• Manage workshops and field activities to achieve project goals.
• Calibration of tools.
• Lead technical activities and support equipment mobilizations.
• Perform technical scopes in the workshop and on site as applicable.
• Perform technical activities to maintain equipment pool and assets.
