Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC is seeking an experienced NDT Coordinator to support project sites across the UAE. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee NDT activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and QA/QC requirements within oil and gas EPC projects.

You will coordinate with project teams, QA/QC personnel, and stakeholders to align inspection activities with construction schedules and review NDT results for accuracy and traceability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years in welding engineering, quality control, NDT coordination, or related role within oil & gas, EPC, construction, fabrication, or heavy industrial sectors.
• Proven experience coordinating and managing multiple NDT inspection methods on large-scale industrial projects.
• Familiarity with QA/QC requirements in construction and fabrication environments.
• Degree or Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering, Material Science Engineering, or related discipline.
• Certified NDT Level II or Level III in UT, RT, MT, and PT from a recognized body.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate NDT plans, schedules, and resource allocation to support project execution requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of NDT activities per project specifications, quality standards, and inspection requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams, QA/QC personnel, and stakeholders to align inspection activities with construction schedules.
• Assign, supervise, and monitor NDT activities including UT, RT, MT, PT, and VT and review reports.
• Coordinate and manage third-party inspection agencies and NDT service providers to ensure high-quality testing services.
