Position Overview :

As an NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) Level III, you will hold a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and integrity of materials and components through the application of non-destructive testing techniques. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining compliance with industry standards and specifications, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, review, and approve NDT procedures, techniques, and inspection plans to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of testing methods.

Conduct training and certification programs for NDT personnel in accordance with industry requirements and standards.

Establish and maintain quality assurance measures to verify the reliability and accuracy of NDT results.

Coordinate and oversee NDT inspections, including scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting of findings.

Analyze NDT data and inspection results to identify defects, anomalies, and areas for improvement.

Interface with clients to discuss inspection requirements, present findings, and address any concerns or queries.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols during NDT operations, mitigating potential risks to personnel and equipment.

Maintain accurate records of NDT activities, inspection reports, certifications, and relevant documentation.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in NDT processes, techniques, and equipment to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
