Job summary

China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Company Limited - Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced NDT specialist with AUT, PAUT/TOFD calibration validation expertise and strong EPC pipeline project exposure. You will prepare NDT procedures, ITPs, and daily NDT reports while coordinating with inspectors and QA management on site in UAE and rotation assignments in Iraq.

The role requires ASNT/PCN Level-3 or equivalent, hands-on NDT experience across AUT, PAUT/TOFD, RT/MUT/PT, and a track record in defect

Qualifications

• ASNT/PCN Level-3 or equivalent qualified specialist.
• TotalEnergies standard experience; hands-on EPC, pipeline projects.
• Willing to work in UAE and Iraq on rotation (four months / one month).

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the AUT experience for calibration validation activities.
• Responsibility for the PAUT TOFD experience for calibration validation activities.
• Responsibility for the RT MUT PT experience for activities.
• Root analysis for defects in welding work.
• Instruct and execute the PROCEDURE qualification.
• Prepare the NDT procedure and ITP for NDT works.
• Daily report for the NDT work.
• Coordinate with inspector to do the inspection.
• Train inspectors before starting site production.
• Review vendor NDT documents.
• Communicate issues to quality manager.
• Other works coordinated by management.
