Position Summary :

This role involves achieving revenue targets through direct and indirect channels by identifying opportunities, maintaining existing customer relationships, and developing new ones to foster growth in the territory.

Position Responsibilities :

• Identify business opportunities by researching prospects and analyzing their industry position.
• Manage channel relationships, providing support, guidance, and training as needed.
• Sell solutions by building relationships and understanding customer needs.
• Maintain client relationships through support, information, and guidance; explore new opportunities.
• Provide customer training as required.
• Coordinate with NDT Americas team including Marketing, Technical Director, Project Manager, Field Service, and Product Managers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product improvements or new products.
• Participate in new product trials and launches.
• Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing data; develop market forecasts.
• Enhance professional knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, benchmarking, and participating in trade shows.
• Travel approximately 70% within a multi-state region.

Required Skills & Education :

Minimum 5 years of sales or practical experience in the NDT industry.

Strong CRM and quoting skills (e.g., BMI, C4C, PowerBI or similar).

Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Knowledge of NDT OEM strengths and weaknesses.

Experience with NDT digital applications.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to collaborate with a small sales team and share knowledge.

Understanding of NDT technologies (Ultrasound, Eddy Current, CR, DR, Radiography, etc.).

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
