Job Title: Head Baker

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new recipes for a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes
• Manage inventory and supplies to ensure ingredients are always available for production
• Supervise a team of bakers, providing training and guidance as needed
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality control standards are met
• Oversee the baking process to ensure proper techniques are being followed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to food safety regulations at all times
• Collaborate with other departments to develop new products or improve existing ones

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a professional bakery or pastry shop
• Proven experience as a Head Baker or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and methods
• Ability to create new recipes from scratch
• Familiarity with food safety regulations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate others
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Education:

Salary:

$1400 per month (tax-free) plus benefits.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with regular working hours. Some evening or weekend work may be required during busy periods. The bakery is located in Dubai, UAE.
