Job summary

Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) invites UAE Nationals to join our National Training Programs at Al Taweelah and Jebel Ali. This permanent, full-time role launches careers across Smelter, Power, Desal, Maintenance, and Technical fields.

Trainees receive a structured program with 6 months to 3 years of training, including theory, workshops, and on-the-job experiences within EGA areas.

Qualifications

• UAE National status required.
• High School Certificate, preferably in science/technical subjects, or relevant work experience.
• Completed the National Service (If Applicable).

These programs are designed to provide UAE Nationals, particularly high school leavers, with the opportunity to begin careers in various fields within our company.

Position: National Trainee Operations

Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Fields: Smelter, Power, Desal, Maintenance, and Technical

Trainees will undergo intensive training lasting from 6 months to 3 years, aimed at equipping young UAE Nationals with the skills and knowledge required for their roles. Trainees are taught through structured, classroom-based theoretical programs, practical training in workshops, and on-the-job training in EGA areas.

Program Requirements:

• UAE National
• High School Certificate, preferably in science/technical subjects, or relevant work experience
• Good communication skills in English
• Completed the National Service (If Applicable)
• Aged between 19-32
