Position Objective:

The National Service Sales Manager works at the country level with key accounts, ensuring maximum reach and relations with heads of Biomedical Engineering, Procurement, C-Suite executives, and KOLs. The role involves identifying and securing opportunities for SLAs in various forms, supporting our mission for service excellence across Getinge product lines. This pivotal role liaises between sales and service through specialized business models designed to meet specific needs and budgets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Include the following; other functions may be assigned as business conditions change.

  • Maintain an updated list of KOLs with contacts for Heads of Biomedical in the MOH directorate, Royal, Military & National Guard.
  • Handle KOL complaints related to sales/service issues personally.
  • Develop sales of service business models based on KOL feedback and market potential.
  • Develop the respective sales funnel and share it with sales and service leadership.
  • Share insights with the service team on spare parts stocking and recommendations based on opportunities.
  • Collect customer feedback and enhance processes.
  • Monitor service contract execution efficiency and status throughout the contract duration.
  • Follow up closely with area service supervisors to achieve their sales targets.
  • Increase the number of service contracts and explore new potential markets.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in service sales roles within the kingdom (medical background preferred).
  • Exceptional skills in building relationships with KOLs and managing key accounts.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and initiating high-impact actions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including communication, collaboration, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to independently set and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the country.
