Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify new market opportunities, trends, and potential client segments.
- Prepare annual sales forecasts and budgets in alignment with company objectives.
Business Development:
- Drive new business acquisition by building and nurturing relationships with corporate clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Lead, train, and mentor the corporate sales team to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to enhance productivity.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity within the team.
Marketing and Brand Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that enhance the brand's visibility in the corporate sector.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote Eurostar Rent a Car.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and suggest improvements.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Address client concerns promptly and implement solutions to maintain strong relationships.
- Monitor client feedback and utilize it to improve service offerings.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on competitors, industry trends, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, including performance metrics and actionable insights, to senior management.
- Recommend adjustments to sales strategies based on market insights and performance analysis.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the automotive or rental car industry.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market and corporate sales dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership and team management skills.
