Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities, trends, and potential client segments.
  • Prepare annual sales forecasts and budgets in alignment with company objectives.

Business Development:

  • Drive new business acquisition by building and nurturing relationships with corporate clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the corporate sales team to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to enhance productivity.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity within the team.

Marketing and Brand Promotion:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that enhance the brand's visibility in the corporate sector.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote Eurostar Rent a Car.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and suggest improvements.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Address client concerns promptly and implement solutions to maintain strong relationships.
  • Monitor client feedback and utilize it to improve service offerings.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on competitors, industry trends, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, including performance metrics and actionable insights, to senior management.
  • Recommend adjustments to sales strategies based on market insights and performance analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the automotive or rental car industry.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE market and corporate sales dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and competitive market environment.
