About the role

Genetic Callnet Consultancy has partnered with a leading UAE distributor of beauty, personal‑care and FMCG brands to appoint a results‑driven National Sales Manager (NSM) . If you are a commercial leader with 15 + years’ experience scaling multi‑channel sales across the GCC, we’d love to meet you.

Key responsibilities

  • Own P&L and revenue growth for UAE operations, delivering ambitious YoY targets.
  • Craft & execute national channel strategy spanning modern trade, traditional trade, key accounts, e‑commerce and own retail.
  • Lead, coach and upskill a 30 + person field sales & KAM team , instilling a high‑performance culture.
  • Negotiate annual business plans, trade‑marketing budgets and JBP agreements with top retailers.
  • Optimise route‑to‑market & distributor partnerships to maximise coverage, availability and ROI.
  • Leverage sales analytics to drive demand forecasting, promo effectiveness and category penetration.
  • Partner with Marketing, Supply‑Chain and Finance on NPD launches, inventory planning and margin management.
  • Represent the company at regional trade shows and industry forums, strengthening brand visibility.

What you’ll bring

  • 15+ years progressive sales leadership in FMCG, beauty or personal‑care distribution; minimum 5 years at NSM / Head‑of‑Sales level.
  • Proven track record of double‑digit growth and P&L ownership within the GCC retail landscape.
  • Deep retailer network (Carrefour, Lulu, Panda, Union Coop, Amazon / Noon, etc.) and strong negotiation skills.
  • Data‑savvy mindset—proficient in sales analytics, BI dashboards and demand planning tools.
  • Inspirational people leader with expertise in coaching, performance management and succession planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred. Fluency in English essential; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
