Job summary

Client of Exceed IT Services in the UAE is seeking an experienced logistics and spare parts coordinator to own national spares availability across a 573-location estate. The role ensures engineers never wait for parts and oversees replenishment, stock levels, and shrinkage control.

You will forecast spares demand, manage transport and return logistics, coordinate site deliveries, and report on fill rate, ageing stock, and stock value, while collaborating with capacity and vendor leads to align

• Inventory and spares management in an IT field service context.
• Demand forecasting and stock optimisation.
• Logistics coordination across the UAE including customs and inter-emirate transport.
• Advanced Excel and inventory system proficiency.
• Vendor and courier management.

Responsibilities

• Own national spares availability and the physical movement of hardware across the 573-location estate ensuring engineers are never blocked for want of parts.
• Own spares stock levels, minimum and maximum settings and replenishment across all stores locations.
• Forecast spares demand against failure trends, warranty position and refresh programmes.
• Manage courier and transport arrangements between stores locations and sites across seven emirates.
• Own stock accuracy, cycle counting and shrinkage control.
• Coordinate bulk deployments, refresh logistics and new site fit-out deliveries.
• Report on spares availability, fill rate, ageing stock and stock value.
• Work with the Capacity and Vendor Lead on forward demand and OEM supply lead times.
• Manage the return logistics chain for faulty units into the warranty and repair process.
