Job summary

Client of Exceed IT Services is seeking an experienced logistics and field operations leader to own the national dispatch and deployment model across seven emirates. You will line-manage seven Zone Leads, oversee a Field Engineer Relief Pool, and drive field productivity metrics, end-to-end logistics, inter-emirate movements and standardisation across all zones.

The role requires strong data-driven reporting, team leadership at zone level, and ITIL Foundation certification.

• Experience in large-scale field service ops across a distributed geography.
• Logistics and supply chain coordination experience.
• Workforce deployment planning and utilisation optimisation.
• Strong data-driven operational reporting and analytics.
• ITIL Foundation certification.

• Own allocation and deployment of the 10-person Field Engineer Relief Pool.

• Manage inter-emirate movement of engineers, spares and equipment.

• Own field readiness for major programmes, refresh cycles and examination periods.
