Job Description: First-time parents in Abu Dhabi are seeking a second compassionate, caring, and kind Western Nanny to share the care of their approximately 3-month-old baby. This role is ideal for a nanny who excels in the care of small babies and is looking for a long-term position. An EU passport is essential for frequent international travel with the family.

Responsibilities:

• Share full-time care responsibilities with another nanny for a newborn, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
• Monitor and support the baby's development milestones.
• Engage the baby in age-appropriate activities that encourage growth and learning.
• Manage daily routines including feeding, bathing, sleep schedules, and playtimes.
• Maintain a clean and organized nursery and play areas.
• Collaborate closely with parents and co-nanny to provide consistent care.
• Travel internationally with the family, ensuring the baby's needs are met seamlessly while away from home.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a nanny, specifically with newborns and infants.
• Excellent understanding of baby development stages and needs.
• Must possess an EU passport for ease of international travel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuinely affectionate disposition toward children.
• Ability to work in a team with another nanny.
• Excellent references from previous employers.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
