Job Description

• Deliver top-notch nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail art, ensuring each client leaves feeling pampered and satisfied.
• Stay updated on the latest nail trends and techniques, incorporating them into your services to provide a unique and fashionable experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients.
• Consult with clients to understand their nail care needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations for treatments and styles.
• Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance, empowering them to keep their nails healthy between visits.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere in the salon.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development, continuously improving skills and techniques.
• Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary products are stocked and available for use.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; formal training in cosmetology or a specialized nail technician program is a plus.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a salon or spa environment, showcasing a strong track record of client satisfaction.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing education and certification courses to keep skills current and relevant.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
• Fluency in English or Arabic; additional language skills are a plus for serving a diverse clientele.
