Job Description

• Manicure & Pedicure Services
  Perform classic, French, and spa manicures and pedicures.
  Shape nails, care for cuticles, and apply polish professionally.
  Provide foot and hand massages as part of treatments.
• Nail Extensions & Enhancements
  Apply and maintain acrylic, gel, and poly gel nail extensions.
  Perform overlays, infills, and removals with care and precision.
• Nail Art & Design
  Create custom nail art using paints, stickers, stones, glitter, chrome, etc.
  Stay up-to-date with trending nail designs and techniques.
• Client Consultation & Service
  Greet clients warmly and understand their preferences and style.
  Advise clients on nail health, aftercare, and suitable treatments.
• Hygiene & Sanitation
  Clean, sanitize, and sterilize all tools, equipment, and workstations.
  Follow proper hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
• Product Knowledge & Upselling
  Recommend nail care products and additional services to clients.
  Help achieve retail and service targets through quality service.
• Team Support & Professionalism
  Collaborate with fellow staff to maintain a positive salon atmosphere.
  Be punctual, presentable, and respectful at all times.
  Maintain high standards of customer service and salon etiquette.
• Continuous Improvement
  Keep learning new techniques, trends, and tools in the nail industry.
  Participate in salon training and development programs when offered.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a talented and passionate Nail Technician to join our team at Chic & Shine Beauty Salon in Al Khail Heights, Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, creativity, and excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Nail Technician in a salon setting
• Skilled in manicure, pedicure, gel polish, acrylic/gel extensions, and nail art
• Knowledge of latest nail trends, designs, and tools
• Strong hygiene and sanitization practices
• Ability to consult and communicate effectively with clients
• Detail-oriented with a creative flair
• Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance
• Basic knowledge of nail health and safety standards
• Ability to upsell products and services is a plus

Preferred:

• Candidates already based in the UAE
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Portfolio of previous nail art/design work is a plus
• Certification in nail care/extension techniques (preferred but not mandatory)
