Job description

We are currently seeking a skilled Nail Technician to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional nail care and beauty services to our valued clients.

As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for a range of nails and hand/foot care services including but not limited to:

1. Proficiently perform all types of manicures and pedicures using various products including gels and acrylics.
2. Offer nail enhancement services including nail extensions.
3. Showcase your creative skills by designing/following various nail art creations that align with our clients' preferences.
4. Provide relaxing skin care treatments for hands and feet including massages and paraffin treatments.
5. Maintain strict compliance with instrument sterilization and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment for both clients and staff.
6. Keep your workstation consistently clean and organized, creating a professional and inviting atmosphere that contributes to exceptional client experiences.
7. Tailor your services to meet individual client needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized and enjoyable visit.
8. Stay updated on the latest nail care products and techniques to provide clients with expert advice and recommendations.
9. Attend required training to improve the quality of the work as required by management.
10. Prioritize customer satisfaction by actively listening to client requests, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive and memorable visit.
11. Be able to process cashiering duties as required.
12. Fulfill any other related duties as required by the management team to support the overall success of our salon.

Requirements:

1. Capability to complete a full nail application including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art within 1.5 hours while maintaining high-quality standards.
2. A minimum of 3 years of professional work experience as a Nail Technician in a salon or spa setting.
3. High school diploma or equivalent.
4. Possession of Nail Master certificates demonstrating advanced training and proficiency in nail care services.
5. Intermediate proficiency in the English language to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
6. Ability to work with specific programs or software relevant to the nail care profession.
