Job description

- Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival. - Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and respond to booking inquiries via Fresha. - Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently. - Handle customer check-ins and check outs , including POS transactions. - Promote salon services and packages and ongoing promotions. - Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. - Coordinate with salon staff to ensure smooth client flow and timing. - Track daily cash/transaction reports and submit end-of-day summaries. - Handle customer complains or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary. - Assist with basic administrative tasks. - Inventory management and monitoring. - Provide support to salon staff as needed, helping with coordination and communication to ensure a seamless client experience.

- Previous experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality reception role preferred. - Proficient in English. - Familiar with Fresha booking system. - Well-groomed, professional appearance and customer-focused attitude. - Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, email). - Strong communication and organization skills. - Ability to multitask. - Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
