Job summary

Tangent International is seeking a Security Solutions Specialist to support Network Operations (NAC and network security) in a remote/ Dubai-based role. The position focuses on hands-on NAC, AAA services, NGFW troubleshooting, and incident response within a large enterprise environment.

The role requires strong operational expertise across vendor platforms, network engineering, and security monitoring to ensure service availability, performance, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with NAC platforms (FortiNAC, ClearPass, or ISE) in large enterprise settings.
• Strong knowledge of RADIUS, TACACS+, and AAA services in production networks.
• Experience with NGFW platforms and multi-vendor enterprise routing/switching.
• Understanding of EVPN-VXLAN, VLANs, TCP/IP, BGP and MPLS in data centers.
• Ability to troubleshoot production incidents and participate in runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate NAC platforms across enterprise environments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network security infrastructure.
• Manage authentication, authorization, and accounting services.
• Support RADIUS/TACACS+ authentication environments and NGFW platforms.
• Analyze incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and contribute to operational improvements.
• Document configurations and maintain runbooks for security operations.
