We are seeking a passionate and drivenProduct Specialistto join our team and represent ourNeurology & Immunology (N&I) portfolioacrossAbu Dhabi and Al Ain. This individual will be responsible for executing strategic territory and account plans, building strong customer relationships, and driving product growth in alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

-
Develop a deep understanding of theUAE healthcare landscape, including payer structures, key accounts, prescribers, and patient pathways within the N&I therapeutic area.
-Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and patient/product flows to prioritize opportunities and optimize territory performance.
-Develop, implement, and regularly updateterritory and account plansaligned with business objectives.
-Deliver on assignedsales targets and KPIs, with full ownership of territory execution.
-Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships withHCPs, KOLs, hospital stakeholders, and relevant decision-makers.
-Communicate scientific and product-related information in a clear, ethical, and compliant manner.
-Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, market access, and medical affairs to ensure seamless customer engagement and alignment on strategic goals.
-Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and potential risks and proactively share insights with internal stakeholders.
-Act as a role model in compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experienceas a medical representative or product specialist.
- UAE market experience is preferable.
- UAE residency visa and valid driving license are a must.

Experience in amultinational pharmaceutical environmentis a strong plus.
-Solid understanding of healthcare systems,patient journeys, and treatment options relevant to the N&I portfolio.
-Strongplanning, organization, and time management skills.
