The Job

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Keyboard Instrumental Music Teacher to join our team of educational professionals. As a key member of our music department, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students of all ages and skill levels. Duties & Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement lesson plans for instrumental music classes
2. Teach a variety of instruments including guitar, piano, and drums
3. Provide individual and group instruction to students of varying skill levels
4. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve
5. Collaborate with other music teachers and administrators to develop music programs
6. Encourage students to participate in musical performances and events
7. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instrumental music education

The Profile

Qualifications & Skills

1. Experience with a variety of musical instruments
2. Previous teaching experience in a school or music academy
3. Demonstrated ability to lead musical groups or ensembles
4. Strong organizational and communication skills
5. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs
6. Proven record of student success in music exams and performances
7. Trinity College of London certification is an advantage
8. Working knowledge of keyboard, piano, guitar, and drums
9. Strong attention to detail and high standard of work
10. Strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams
11. Goal-driven and able to work well in fast-paced environments
