• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance across facilities.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot issues, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience from a Facilities Management Company background.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in MEP fields is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in MEP maintenance and repair within commercial or industrial settings.
