• Conduct site assessments to evaluate project requirements and advise on material selection based on structural integrity and aesthetics.
• Perform precise measurements and cutting of materials, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and building codes during construction and renovation projects.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• All should have experience from Facilities Management Company background.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in carpentry and civil construction, demonstrating a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in carpentry or civil engineering preferred.
