Job Description

We are seeking experienced and skilled professionals to join a well-established steel manufacturing company in the UAE for the following key roles:

• Furnace Operator: Operate and monitor furnace equipment in the rolling mill. Maintain optimal temperature and metallurgical standards. Follow safety procedures and coordinate with production teams.
• Ladle and Continuous Casting Operator: Operate ladle and control metal flow during continuous casting. Ensure smooth and safe handling of molten steel. Conduct inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Mechanical Maintenance Technician: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on rolling mill machinery. Troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure minimal downtime. Maintain equipment logs and follow maintenance schedules.
• Mechanical Supervisor – Rolling Mill: Lead and supervise mechanical maintenance team. Ensure timely maintenance of all rolling mill equipment. Implement safety standards and coordinate with other departments.
• Shift Operations Supervisor: Monitor and control shift operations for semi-finished product lines. Ensure production targets and quality standards are met. Maintain shift reports and coordinate with team leads.
• DRP & Jetty Operator: Operate and monitor DRP (Direct Reduction Plant) and jetty equipment. Handle raw material loading/unloading operations. Ensure smooth operation of material transport systems.

Requirements for All Roles:
